DESCRIPTION

High diameter to thickness ratio, high purity, low iron

Synthetic mica is better than Muscovite in whiteness and close to calcium carbonate, but the tear resistance is better than calcium carbonate, so it is preferred as an additive in rubber products with high requirements for both  whiteness and  high mechanical properties, such as medical plugs, which will not shatter.

Synthetic mica is melted at high temperature in the production project, so it has low moisture absorption and can ensure good insulation in a humid environment.

Synthetic mica has good UV resistance, and adding rubber is conducive to improving the aging and fading of terminal rubber products.
