Multifunctional mineral filler

• This mica powder, wet grinding, underwater classification, has the characteristics of high purity, good whiteness. As a modified plastic additive, it helps to improve the enhancement of plastics (impact, stiffness and dimensional stability), reduce equipment corrosion (barrier properties), and improve rheology and melt fluidity. Flame retardants and glass fibers can also be partially replaced in individual formulations, thereby reducing the cost of formulation. The sheet structure of mica also has damping properties, making it an excellent choice for automotive applications where sound damping is required, especially for thick layers on the underside of the body.

These modified plastics are used in the production of lightweight automotive parts, home appliances, electronic components, construction profiles and food packaging.
